Established in October 2025, MilSol was founded in honor and memory of Joyce Williams’ late parents, Mildred and Solomon, whose faith, integrity, and strong values continue to inspire the heart and mission of MilSol.

After a successful 30-year career in corporate finance and acquisition management supporting government contracting, Joyce embraced entrepreneurship with a vision to build an e-commerce business rooted in trust, quality, value, and exceptional customer service.

Today, that same passion for excellence, developing people, and building meaningful relationships is at the heart of MilSol.
